“We had a comfortable stay, and could visit again, but would prefer a room with a kitchen and sauna.”
That it had a big gym facility. Helpfull staff lady at the breakfast. Always avalible and clean tables at the breakfast. Free and avalible parking. Close to the store.

At breakfast, the staff was extremely rude and overly strict. They threatened to charge us €90 because we were bringing two eggs and hadn't had time to finish them at the table.

Very good location, good for its price but the room was a bit cold at first, it’s a bit annoying to walk for breakfast and jacuzzi but it’s a big complex.

“We love Levi, it's a different experience from the Alpes as there is so much space in the hotels.”
Breakfast was good. We enjoyed having a duplex room with a balcony. A short walk to town and the ski lifts. We collected our skis from he bottom of the slopes and kept them in our car, so that we could drive round to the South Point each day with all its lovely Blue Slopes. Staff were lovely. The hot tub and sauna are very nice and it's great to have a sauna in our bathroom. Loved the under floor heating in the bathroom, which we dried all our damp ski wear on each night. Great to have free parking right outside the room.

The location was very convenient, close to Levi Ski Resort and only a 10-minute drive to South Point. It was also near the city center, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest after a day of activities.

Comfortable room, in a very convenient location. We had our own sauna in the room which was a nice addition. Very easy to access by public transport. The bathroom was spacious. In general, it was nice but very overpriced.

Room as per photos, clean, great sauna. Multiple breakfast options. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants. Bus is out the front if required. Easy town to drive in great location to various slopes. Only 9min drive to the beginner ski runs, which had ample parking.

“Good central hotel value for money wise.”
Hotel is centrally located, family room was spacious (even if quite dated) and clean. So value for money wise it met the expectations.
