“Decent stay at a nice location”
The kitchen was quite well equipped. Location was pretty good too. Everything within a walking distance. The sauna was quite nice!

“Really bad”
I went out for lunch and shopping, and when I returned, I was shocked to find my room door open. A cleaning staff member was inside my room, and all my luggage and personal belongings had been moved outside the door. The cleaner told me they were cleaning the room for the next guest, which is absolutely unacceptable because I have booked and paid for the room for 3 nights. How can a property mix this up and try to check out a guest who is still staying? I do not blame the cleaning staff — they apologised immediately. But I need clear clarification and a proper explanation from the property owner or management about how something this serious could happen. This is a huge breach of privacy, safety, and basic hospitality. I am extremely disappointed and angry about this situation.

“Good apartment near the Citycenter”
The Apartment includes a sauna and is 10 min walk from the city center. It had everything we needed including a dish washer and a cloth-dryer. They provided linen for the bed.

“Okey for a very short stay. Towel and linen cost extra”
Breakfast was at another building, was a small room in a tiny restaurant. Tables was not clean, cold and dry breakfast with very few options. Did ask for a warm apartment but it was not warm. We did try adjust the heated floor, but it only worked at night at a time we don't need it warm. WiFi password did not work. Hist was suposed to send some one to help out with the issues. But no one did show up. Very small apartment, with minimum equipment. Bit to far from centrum
