Overview
Thon PartnerHotel Backlund is located in the centre of town, next to the park that splits the city centre and within short distance to the airport, railway and main road E6. Levanger has a long history as a commercial centre and the tradition of the annual Martna market goes back 500 years. The hotel also has a long history and provides pleasant and comfortable atmosphere and emphasizes personal service. The harbour is just around the corner from the hotel. Attractions include the Falstad monument and museum, heritage museum and leisure pools. There are also great opportunities for hunting and fishing. The local area has a number of interesting historical sites such as rock carvings and old convents. The conference facilities comprise a lecture hall with room for up to 80 people. “Good standard hotel”
Good location in central Levanger. The breakfast was nice and the bed was really comfortable. Norway is an expensive country but this hotel had a reasonable price. Easy to park on the square outside.

Fantastic location, breakfast and staff, especially the housekeeping & the breakfast waiters who went out of their way to help me and have everything ready for me in advance . Even have face washers & a separate toaster for the gluten free bread!

The hotel is fine, clean enough and a decent breakfast. It is not extraordinary, but I would not expect it for that price.

We got much smaller room than the reservation stated. Some of the amenities stated on the reservation we missing from the room. The staff blamed mistakes on booking.com saying that they misrepresentated information about the room on their website. One of the most overpriced hotels we've been staying at. All and all quite sad experience for us.
