Hotel in a good location. Breakfast was top-notch

Very nice small hotel in the central part of the city near the square where the majestic KU Leuven library is located. The city center with many restaurants and pubs is within walking distance, so all you have to do is enjoy a Belgian beer! The hotel room is compact, but what I really like is with a large opening window (because sometimes there are hotels where the window does not open, only AC). The street on which the hotel is located is very quiet, but in general the entire center of Leuven is one where pedestrians and bicycles are preferred and there are few cars. Breakfast - the minimum program - from salty dishes you can try cheese bread and sausage bread. Very kind and responsive staff, who helped me modify my order in the booking.com system in advance.

Very good location, very welcoming staff, nice clean room, kitchen and living room area to share; some kind of eggs (scrambled, sunny side up) for breakfast would have been welcomed;

The service and friendliness of staff is exceptional. The location is very central to both the city and station. Even though the hotel is in a student city, it is still in a relatively quiet area.

Quiet street, very close to the KUL Library, relatively small boutique hotel, lovely chill-out room and inner garden. Possibility to store and cook your own food/meals. Good breakfast.

The hotel is located in a campus area, many shops & restaurants nearby. The room is a bit narrow but comfortable, the breakfast is great!

“stressful and unsafe experience”

We missed the check in time(which in this area most hotels open 24/7 or at least till 22:00, so it's easy to be overlooked). In the message, they keep emphasizing how they have fulfilled their duties and responsibilities, but in reality they could have simply included the emergency number in message — or, even simpler, just called directly. They charge full hotel rates, yet the service provided is no more than a limited B&B.

Excellent location, bright, modern and clean, decent breakfast included.

Room was small and the window was not soundproof. You could clearly hear the smallest noise from the street. Breakfast is ok, location is great. Overall, I would not recommend it.

The hotel is in a excellent location, 2 min walk from the central library of Leuven (laudezeplein). Rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also very satisfied with the breakfast and the prices. I have stayed on more occasions at this hotel and I will definitely stay again.

Everything! Location was perfect as only a few minutes walk to the centre. Staff helped arrange parking. Breakfast was simple but there was everything you could want from a continental breakfast. Access and security were very good. Room and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again whether travelling with family or on my own.

Great location close to the old town. Good welcome with lots of local information.
