This is the first time I have written a negative review for a hotel, and I am sorry to do so. However, I think it is important to warn other customers about my experience. I also informed the hotel about the issue. At around 10:30 p.m., I checked the bed sheets and found them to be dirty. More specifically, I noticed many red and brown stains on the sheet covering the mattress. The stains looked like bed bug stains. I have never seen anything like this before: such dirty sheets with so many stains on them. I went to the reception desk and asked for another room, explaining that the stains appeared to be related to bed bugs. The receptionist told me that the hotel had a bed bug problem about a year ago, but that it should be resolved now. The receptionist checked whether another room was available, but unfortunately there was not. As a result, I decided to stay at a different hotel for the night. The receptionist told me that I would receive a refund for the room, but this never happened. Unfortunately, I did not take any photos because I was in a panic at the time. If you decide to stay at this hotel—which I do not recommend—I strongly advise you to inspect all of the bed sheets carefully yourself .

The staff were very helpful and everything was well organised. The room was clean and spotless. The hotel is ideally located next to the station and is a ten minute walk to the centre of the town. The room was regularly cleaned by the cleaning staff. When the temperatures soared, they provided a ventilator as well.

Great location. A large comfortable bed, linen and towels - everything is perfectly clean. The room is not cramped. Very good breakfast (extra charge).

I got one of the apt, which is not located in the main building but in a close one. The apt was on a third floor. It was spacious and well equipped. Good value for money to visit Leuven as a couple or family with a small child.

Location is perfect. The style is very typical, and I like it very much. Rooms at first and second floors have huge windows, that are amazing. Only stairs are available to upper floors (perfectly fine for me, but useful to be know, I guess). Staff very helpful when I needed. Clean. Good breakfast.
