Quietly located next to a forest and stream in Ostbach, Pension Holzmann offers a sun terrace with outdoor furniture, and Alpine-style rooms 4 km from Waidach and the Kreithlift Ski Lift. There is a tennis court next to the property which you can use. The soundproofed rooms feature wooden panelling and flooring and satellite TV. There is also a private bathroom. Guests have access to free private parking and free Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Relax in the garden or on the terrace with deck chairs. Pension Holzmann also has a children’s playground. Ski storage is provided as well. A restaurant and supermarket is within a 3-minute walk. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly from the guest house. In winter, cross-country skiing tracks are accessible from the property. Guests can store their ski equipment in the garage, where there is also a wax station. Seefeld is a 10-minute drive away.

The area was beautiful, and there was ample parking. My moto was securely locked in the garage. A very happy breakfast room. Breakfast was fine, and though served with no choice, was ample and slightly different each day. Great balcony. English was spoken well, and the staff were very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay in the penzion Holzman. Room had lots of space, bed was comfortable and balcony was amazing as well. Breakfast was good.
