Overview
Featuring an infrared cabin and a fitness room, Landhaus Marie is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Leutasch and 1 km from the Kreith Ski Lift. All rooms and apartments come with a balcony and mountain views. Free WiFi is available, and bicycles are provided free of charge. The rooms and apartments also feature satellite TV, a safety deposit box, and a bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. The apartments also have a kitchenette. Landhaus Marie's garden includes barbecue facilities. Massages are available on request, and a storage room for your ski equipment and an extra storage room for bicycles are featured. Guests can also use a charging station for e-bikes free of charge. Shuttle services are available, and free private parking is possible on site. Supermarkets can be reached within a 10-minute walk, and the closest restaurant is just 10 metres away. Location - really convenient for walking / skiing / going to the local lovely swimming pool / supermarket etc. Really lovely spacious self-catering studio apartment. Gorgeous views from balcony and lovely flower boxes. Friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast. Very comfortable beds.

“Friendly owners with a charming hotel!”
The owners were very friendly, helpful and relaxed. The room was very spacious and clean. Nice big bathroom. We had a lovely view and a balcony. The breakfast was also very good with everything you need. Nico gave us free bus passes which made it easy to visit The Geisterklamm Waterfall. The location of the hotel is perfect, the village is a short walk as well as the hiking trails. We look forward to going back!

“A really lovely week in beautiful location.”
Excellent breakfast and superb location - quiet yet convenient. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful views from the windows and balcony (see photos). Right on the cross-country ski trail. Glorious countryside and miles of cross-country ski trails both up and down the valley and over the mountains towards Seefeld. We were mainly self-catering but it's near a pizza restaurant (have to make a reservation, even if it seems half empty!) and round the corner from the Pichler Bakery. Convenient for nearby bus routes and a twenty minute walk to main supermarket.

Very nice place to stay not only for cross country skiing. Clean and spacious room with a great view on the mountains. Great breakfast. The accommodation is located directly on the cross-country trails. We could put on our skis right at the guesthouse:) Excellent!

“Best place we stayed in 6 weeks of travel in Europe!!”
We liked everything from the beginning at the reception with the hosts, helpful information, friendly interaction, the excellent room, the quiet lodging, the beautiful views from the lodging balcony, full friendly breakfast, help with answers to all our questions and many more amazingly helpful discussions. It's the best place we have stayed during our 6 weeks of travel in Europe this year!!!

Less than 50m from the ski tracks. Large rooms. Plenty of space. Lovely space to sit in the sun in the afternoons.
