“Perfect accommodation in an amazing location”
the location is exceptional in a unique place with infinite possibilities for mountain, biking, trekking, etc. The views from the house are beautiful and the place is very quiet. the flat has a nice balcony. The hostess was charming and very kind, although we got her out of bed when we arrived.

Comfortable, perfect location, easy to walk or take a bus, all the facilities we needed, easy quick communications with our host, Maritta! Even the unseasonal lack of snow didn’t stop us having a wonderful time!

“Cross country skiing at its best, and a perfect apartment to enjoy it!”
The apartment is located directly on the trails for cross country skiing. There is also winter hiking and a sledding track within a 5 minute walk. The trails in Leutasch are some of the best in Austria, perfectly prepared and a wide choice of terrain. The apartment is comfortable, very clean, has a fully equipped kitchen, and great wifi!
