“Excellent new apartment, highly recommended”
Very well designed apartment. Although not large, due to excellent design with sliding doors, multiple hooks, rails, shelving etc it felt spacious. Beautiful bathroom, everything very new and modern. Communication with Philipp was very good, quick responses and very helpful. Reliable WiFi.

very well located, close to the cross country slopes, the appartment is very convenient and brand new. It has all you need to spend a good week. Philipp the owner is very responsive and always ready to answer any questions have. We recommend this place

“Relaxing and awesome stay in a modern apartment”
The apartment was very modern and new, all the electronic equipment was very new and worked great. The kitchen was big enough to make a simple dinner/lunch/brunch, and there was more than enough room to store all your clothes. If you needed something, you could just send a message to the host (Philip) and he would sort it all out for you. The host also gave great advice for cool places to visit nearby, but also good recommendations for restaurants, swimming etc. The beds were big enough for me (1.85m) and very comfy. The bathroom was also well equipped, with a 10/10 shower. It really felt like home for the 10 days I spent here, and the host really makes you feel comfortable and is always available for help. I might have to come back here at some point since I enjoyed it so much. If you are wondering about the Spa, I did not make use of it, but it looked very modern and exceptionally clean. And the apartment also has a pleasant view over the mountains, and at night it is incredibly quiet in the area, so you can really get to relax during your holiday and not be interrupted by noises from the area.

“Absolute treasure!”
My dad and I had a fishing course booked at Lake Weidach and after some research I was pleasantly surprised to find a modern apartment just a few meters away from it. The booking as well as follow up conversation with the staff was extremely fast, friendly and easy. The best part was when we arrived and saw this beautiful building with high end furniture and utilities being the place where we will spend our father-daughter weekend! The style, cleanliness and peace of Chalina made us fall in love with it and we will definitely visit again! Thank you so much Philipp for arranging also a late check out for us!

“Cool modern apartments with great view!”
Great, stylish, new! -Very stylish room: modern, high-quality, with pleasant touch in small details like cutlery, shampoo, wine glasses etc -Sauna was great: warms up quickly and keeps heat high; relax Zone was nice. Just missing an ice bath :) -Friendly staff. -Convenient location: 10 min to the Leutasch piste, 10 min to great supermarket, 1 min to bus stop
