We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Laura. The property was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offered stunning surroundings that made our stay both relaxing and memorable. Also it was clean and full prepared for staying for even a week for 2 families.

We were there for the Easter long weekend, unfortunately the weather didn't agree with our stay, but the house being relatively spacious was a boon. It afforded us to hang out, playing board games and a mini-tournament with the Fuzzball helped make our stay relaxing and engaged. When we had a break in the rain we made the short walk down to Sublime Point and got to appreciate the view from the back bedroom, yard and kitchen. Each bedroom had a double bed as well as air conditioners and electric blankets. The living areas were of a good size, you certainly didn't fell cramped all in all it was a well kept house.

Location was great. Quiet area with Sublime Point a short walk away. Nice area and seats at back of property to sit outside (see picture). Property has at some stage has been well renovated on the inside and was very tidy and clean and, a big plus for a hot or cold day, had air conditioners in every bedroom as well as main living area. Bedrooms were basic but functional and comfortable. It was nice to have a soak in the very large bath after the Grand Canyon walk.

The views were amazing. The house was about 6 minutes to Leura town and about 13 mins drive to Katoomba. Amazing surroundings. The house had every thing we needed, we even enjoyed sitting out by the fire outside.

Great view from the garden, heat pumps in every room including the lounge made keeping everyone warm easy.

None of the doors or windows had fly screens so we found the house quite stuffy as there was quite a bit of mosquito activity so we didn’t feel like we could have them open in the late afternoon/evening. Beds were also way too firm for our liking.
