I enjoyed my stay in the Hotel Regina Therme. The staff was always helpful. I stayed in a double room with a balcony, it was clean and the bathroom was in perfect condition. A mini kitchen is available for those interested in cooking. The kitchen will cost an additional 60CHF and will be equipped with everything. A kettle can be ordered without extra charge, if like me, you just need tea early in the mornings. Extra towels are charged. The hotel is situated away from town, like 10 mins walking downhill or 20 minutes slowly walking uphill. The great thing about it is that it is very close to where most of the hiking trails begin. Also, their is a bus in town that runs every 30 mins between 9:00 and 17:00 that brings you closer to the hotel. You receive a guest card from the town, and you can use it for free. The pool of unfiltered thermal water is available from 8:00 till 20:00, which is so convenient, after you have hiked for 6 hours, to shower and seat in the pool or jacuzzi all for yourself. Yes, the roof in the pool area has some damage. They are aware of it and will repair it over autumn. The rusty blotches of the roof don't take away anything of your experience when you have a pool of healing water all for yourself. A sauna is also available for extra charge. I enjoyed the sauna, too, and could use it for 90 minutes, all for myself. I will definitely come back with my family. I could not complain at all, the owner was always friendly and the staff was always helpful. Thank you for the experience.

“Unique Hotel with it's own natural termal spring”

The owner of the hotel is very kind, she arranged a birthdaycake for my friend. Dogs are welcome and we also felt very welcome. The terme with natural spring water and the nice garden are great. All in all a wonderful stay.

I didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel, on check in I was given keys to a room that hasn’t yet been cleaned. I arrived early before the normal check in time but since I was given the keys I expected the room to be ready. I was looking forward to using the outdoors pool however it was not clean with many bugs floating in the water and the parasols weren’t working either, the facilities felt a bit abandoned. Overall this hotel has good potential due to the pools and its location but needs a major update of the facilities.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The balcony was also facing the town and had beautiful views. Very good value for money and reasonable availability.

Cool location, from which you can enjoy an excellent view of the Mountains. The personal is nice but they dont make any effort, they give you a piece of paper where you can read everything by yourself and they dont even tell you the most important things. Years of travelling and I never saw this happening..

The staff is really nice and welcoming. The rooms are big and clean, very comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of choice and variety !

The hotel has internet. that’s an information families with teenagers find crucial. the staff is oblivious to the fact they work in a ghost hotel from another era and are actually quite chirpy and nice. everything else is pretty terrible.

It is located as the last property in leukerbad, but they offer a free shuttel for transferring to main bus station, the view of our room was amazing, and the staff on reception were nice and friendly
