“The hotel is very convenient and relaxing. The thermal pool was the highlight of our trip. It’s so relaxing and peaceful”
The thermal baths are the highlight of the property. Absolutely gorgeous, indoor and outdoor pools, private and not too busy as only for guests. The rooms are just what you need, simple.

“Nice stay to relax with thermal bath”
The pools are good with a nice view. There are 1 indoor pool, 1 outdoor pool with moderate warm water, 1 outdoor pool with cold water, and an outdoor bathtub with hot water.

The spa facilities were excellent. Loved the outdoor thermal pool. Mountain Scenery was stunning. Great views Staff ware helpful and friendly Rooms were warm and clean with good facilities.

“Faded Glory”
The view from the front part of the hotel is beautiful. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Swimming pool was clean and nice, we used it the day we arrive and after we checked out still we had access to swimming pool, staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast also was great you could find anything you wish

The pool and spa was really fantastic. The sauna and hamam were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great too. Especially before a hike.

“Enjoyable onsen facilities, comfortable stay with spacious rooms.”
Excellent outdoor and indoor pools and jacuzzis, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. Spacious rooms with beds larger than king-size. The sofa bed comfortably accommodated two children, which was very convenient. Walkable distance to the public thermal bath too.

“Very pleasant and relaxing stay.”
Most of the staff were outstandingly polite and professional. The spa is lovely and the mountain views are awesome. I really liked the pools. The restaurant is of high quality. Kettle in the room is a plus.
