Overview
Featuring a ski-to-door access, the Hotel Restaurant Waldhaus enjoys a quiet location just 150 metres from the Torrent Cable Car and the Alpentherme Spa. Guests can also enjoy free use of the Gemmi cable car. Tennis, squash and badminton courts are also available free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire Waldhaus Hotel. All rooms have been entirely renovated and are equipped with an LCD cable TV and a DVD player. You can start the day with a rich buffet breakfast and end it with a 6-course dinner in the restaurant's dining room, if you booked half board (not available on Tuesdays in summer). The summer terrace offers panoramic mountain views. Interlaken is a 3-hour drive away.

Truly a lovely hotel, attention to every single detail and care from the hotel owners. They were attentive to all the guests. Great food at the restaurant as well. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Brilliant service, we really felt welcome at the hotel. It so nice to stay in a place that is so friendly. Lots of great advice about where to go hiking. Food was delicious. The hotel is perfectly located for hiking.

“The Waldhaus was the perfect choice in Leukerbad!”
Our experience at the Waldhaus in Leukerbad was amazing. The hotel is situated on a beautiful street, yet very very close to the center and the thermal spas. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with an upgrade to a beautiful balcony room. The breakfast was delightful, and we highly recommend having dinner and lunch at their restaurant - the food was amazing and the service so kind and familiar. We are already looking forward to our next visit and cannot recommend the Waldhaus enough to others.

“A 6-star stay”
Mrs Evelyne and the staff at the hotel were beyond amazing. My girlfriend lost her suitcase on the way there and the owner of the hotel offered to let her borrow some of her own clothes so that my girlfriend would have something nice to wear for dinner. Also, the staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful specially seeing as my girlfriend is vegan; instead of the usual sighs of disappointment when she said she is a vegan, they were happy to adapt the menu, and on the second and third nights they had even prepared dishes specially for her. This was by far the best customer experience I've ever had in a hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
