The Hotel Alex enjoys a quiet location in Leukerbad, and via the hotel lift, guests enjoy direct access to the village centre and to the Torrentbahn Cable Car. All rooms are non-smoking, have a balcony, and offer free WiFi access. Close to ski area. The host is very friendly. The wellness area is a great plus. The view from the window is beautiful. The breakfast is nice.

“A great place to stay”
Greatly appreciated the games’ room freely available. Also the SPA of the hotel with saunas hammam, relaxing area (tasty apricots offered). Breathtaking view from the room, a very peaceful place made exceptional by the sincere hospitality and kindness of host! Looking forward to be back !

Traditional Swiss family hotel, with great breakfast and nice hosts. They speak both German and French and answered all my question about the village and the available activities. The rooms are clean and quiet.

“awesome stay”
the single room i had is big and clean and has a balcony (the view is to the forest); Hotel had excellent wifi, good breakfast ; location is near the Torrent skilift and has its own funicular which goes to the ski lift and to "Promenade" street . Otherwise you have to hike a bit :) The lady from the reception is awesome- she is so helpful and polite , i believe you wont gonna find someone like her in the area :) They have an amazing spa zone (roman style) with dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi, nice resting area

“Lovely hotel in Leukerbad!”
Lovely hotel on a quiet side street of Leukerbad, just a short walk away from the village center and the main attractions. Rooms are a good size and the views from the room were stunning. Breakfast was generous with a wide selection. We stayed for a bike weekend and it was ideal for that. Property offers parking as well as secure bike storage on site.

“To be honest, the quality and service are exceeding our expectation. It’s really recommended to stay here.”
The service was excellent, she’s so kind to welcoming us during our stay. Although the hotel is quite old but it’s very clean and comfortable. The breakfast quality is also good. The view from balcony also breathtaking.
