We could not stay as the apartment was on the second floor with no lift, so impractical for my partner. I agreed with Claude, the host, that we could not stay and moved immediately to a nearby hotel. Claude was very understanding, and agreed that the payment should be refunded. And so the apartment cannot be rated.
