We just stayed at this amazing villa . Location is excellent 10 min walk to town .. rooms perfect pool was amazing. All the facilities one needs to be honest.

Absolutely stunning property, location and views. Fantastic pool, several areas to sit out and eat. Perfect view of the sunset over the bay. The gardens were thoughtfully designed, with olives trees and lights accenting the outside. Rooms were spacious and airy, the property is equipped with everything you need. The owners were super helpful and friendly, on hand if needed and gave us a run through of what we needed to know at the beginning of our stay. I highly recommend this property. Everything was super clean and organised, couldn’t have been any better. It was very hard to leave and we would definitely go back! It will be hard to beat!

“Luxurious villa with beautiful views - perfect balance of seclusion and access to town.”

This villa and location are stunning. I wish I could stay forever. Gorgeous, immaculate, luxurious, comfortable, are a few words that come to mind. We arrived after dark, so we didn't get the full effect of the place until we woke up the next day and walked outside to a panoramic view of the sea and a beautiful garden around the villa to explore. Sitting at the outdoor table with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, looking out at that view, is amazing. The pool is huge and so nice. The kitchen is stocked with any tool or appliance you might need during your stay. Some of our group regularly chose to walk into the town of Leuca from the villa (10-15 min), while others chose to drive in (5 min), which was quite easy and parking was always available (in September). It felt secluded and private, while still having very easy access to the amenities of town. The hosts were communicative, friendly and very helpful when we needed it.

The living and outdoor space was exceptional. A beautiful, clean pool, with plenty of spaces outdoor to either find or hide from the sun, depending on the time of day. Also the locals / local tourists were so lovely and patient with us english-only speakers / drivers. We didn't feel at all rushed or like we were imposing - everyone was very friendly.
