Our stay was truly unforgettable. If you are looking for a brand-new luxury property with the latest gadgets and a designer coffee machine, this may not be the place for you. But if you are looking for authenticity, breathtaking views, and genuine Italian hospitality, you will love it here. The view is simply spectacular and worth every moment. We spent hours enjoying the sea and the peaceful atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was Andrea and his mother. Their kindness, warmth, and care for their guests are something you cannot buy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Salento coast. We arrived as guests and left with wonderful memories. Thanks to this stay, we fell in love with Italy once again. A heartfelt thank you to Andrea and his mother for making our vacation so special. We hope to return one day! 🇮🇹❤️

“Has potential, but be prepared to be dissapointed - PICTURES DON'T MATCH THE REALITY”
On a positive note: 1) The owners of the place are very friendly and sweet people. They welcome you well, take care that you have everything you need (e.g. they loaned us an umbrella for the sun), and give excellent reccomendations (the food places they reccomended were excellent!) 2) The location is quiet. Even with full guests, you can enjoy peace and calm. 3) The location is really beautiful (from the common area, not necessarily from the apartments you rent in which you will sleep). So it's great if you want to swim in the pool or buy drinks from their bar.

The hosts Anna and Andrea were very welcoming. They treated us very well and provided a pleasant atmosphere. They helped with booking a boat trip. The location is merely minutes by car from Leuca. It's a stunning place overlooking the adriatic coast.

“Genuine care for people staying”
Best place to detox from busy lives and technology. Family run who genuinely cares for people who book with them, you'll have genuine human interaction first. They are happy to suggest special restaurants depending on what you're looking for. 10 minutes away from Santa Maria de Leuca with e-bikes or 5 with car - do have a mode of transport as it's a residency on the cliffs and you'll need it to go do some grocery shopping. They can suggest an organisation they collaborate with for e-bikes, which was fantastic! The apartment was cute and clean, with teas and sugar, AC and an outside area viewing the cliffs and beautiful ocean. Cloe, the 13 y/o sausage dog, is there to protect everyone, and is always willing for a cuddle!

The property had everything we needed it was well equipped and very peaceful with stunning sea views. The hosts were very welcoming and kind, very helpful recommendations of the area. The area itself is very picturesque with great cycling and hiking and swimming spots. I would love to come again and stay with more friends!
