“Good find in Leuca”

Great little find in Leuca. It’s a small town so no where is too far off and best explored by foot. Apartment was spacious with a huge terrace. Parking right outside which was very convenient. Recommended!

The apartment was spacious. We had a nice private seating area at the front. The staff were very accommodating. A short walk from the centre.

Proximity to town. Space inside. Little terrace with table and chairs. Having a moka pot and ground coffee already in kitchen.

The apartment was great, nice views of the ocean, great living/dining/kitchen area. We didn't have wine glasses and the host delivered promptly. Nice terrace. Private parking

Francesco was a great host. He was extremely helpful and very quickly fixed a few minor issues that were present when we first arrived. He gave us great advice on places to go and things to see in the area. We even went to his brother's olive oil farm for a tour. The apartment was Spartan but very spacious. The kitchen had everything you might need for a short stay. We could walk to everything in town so the location was great. The on-site parking was also convenient. Finally, the views from the small balcony and the rooftop terrace were panoramic and beautiful.

Very nice place. Spacious room whith everything you need. I could park my car in front of the room. Short walk to the center of Leuca. Great place.

Spacious property and comfortable stay. Straight forward check in and check out process. Free use of a washing machine is available

Francesco is very helpful and friendly. Very accomodating. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. This is such a lovely convenient place to stay. We had a ball and will one day most certainly be back

Nice location, spacious rooms, clean.

Very clean, updated, fabulous place to stay. This place had terraces and a lovely rooftop balcony to relax and have sundowners on. The balcony overlooked the ocean and the town below. The bathrooms, wifi, washing machine and air conditioning were perfect bonuses. In a great location just above the beaches and restaurants. Five minutes walk away.

“Great option for Santa Maria di Leuca”

Good location close to the centre, parking in front of the apartment (within the area of the residence), good wifi, spacious, easy check-in.

The apartment was nice and clean with all needed equipment. The parking place is next to the apartment. Very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

“Lovely well located hotel with friendly staff”

The property was spacious, clean and very well located. It was an easy walk to the town centre and the beach. The hotel also had a lovely roof terrace with great views. The owner Francesco was very warm and welcoming and gave us a lot of useful information about the local area. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Leuca.
