Overview
Featuring a large pool and panoramic sea views, Messapia Hotel Resort is 1 km outside Leuca centre. During summer, it provides entertainment. Rooms come with a floor-to-ceiling window opening onto a shared patio. Each one is air conditioned and comes with a TV, fridge and a bathroom. Apartments with a kitchenette are available too. A continental breakfast is available each morning, while Messapi restaurant serves Italian cuisine at lunch and dinner. Daytime and evening entertainment at the Messapia includes games, sports activities and water aerobics. Starting from 12th of June till 18th of September there is predicted an obligatory club card for all. You have plenty of sandy beaches to choose from in this part of Salento, all within 9 km of the property. The popular seaside towns of Gallipoli and Otranto are both around 45 minutes' drive away.

“Perfect small budget hotel.”
We really enjoyed our stay, everything was good. Staff were all really nice, had great cocktails at bar from the very helpful barman. Lovely pool overlooking the town. Dinner was very good my wife had swordfish which was perfectly cooked. Room was cool with great air con running when we arrived and spotless. Can definitely recommend this hotel if visiting the area.

“it’s okay for a weekend, but I have expected more from the description of the hotel”
there’s no resort fee on the breakdown of the fees, but we were charged an extra compulsory fee for pool as a resort fee. After I have paid the resort fee, I have asked for the welcome drink that included in the resort fee, the staff tried to explain the welcome drink is non-alcohol only. I don’t like about this unclear statement and the manner that trying to get away from it. Also there’s not much privacy of the room. There are constant staff and other guest passing by.

The breakfasts were exceptional, there was a huge variety of meals you can choose from, the location of the hotel was great, with a beatufull sea view from the terrace, the appartment was big and very nice, there was a lot of free parking space inside the resort.

“An enjoyable holiday”
We had a very good stay here. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. Our apartment was well positioned and comfortable with all necessay amenities. There are several parking facilities to use depending on where your accommodation is located.
