“Modern and fully-furnished appartment for a great price”

The appartment is spacious and modern, with a nice living / kitchen area. We stayed only for 1 night, but the place is perfect for longer stays too as it´s fully furnished. The check-in and the communication with the host was easy. They also helped us with a ride from Leuca to Gagliano del Capo for a small fee.

“Nice apartment in Leuca”

The apartment was really spacious and the patio with a cute hanging swing chair was also nice in order to eat outside. Also, there are mosquito nets in all windows, so we were able to open the windows without getting mosquitos inside the apartment! It’s not far to walk down to the sea and the beach, so the location was also convenient.

Excellent accommodation for me, having walked the Via Francigena Sud.

“Terrible customer service from the property manager”

I didn’t get a chance to stay at this property. The manager flipped my apt to an existing guest and gave me the one in the basement without telling me in advance. So when I got there, it was not the right apt I wanted. He called customer service to give me a refund but it took an hour to wait in line. So he gave me the refund back in cash. I wasn’t happy with his manner at all. I had to deal with this in the rain. He was very rude, impatient and didn’t make me feel comfortable.

There is free parking place in front of the appartment. Sergio was a great host. The appartment is spacious, well equipped, very clean, very comfortable. We have spent 2 nights in Leuca, we wish we could stay here longer. We have cooked in the kitchen everything is there what you could need. The waterpressure in the shower is really good. There is a cute terrace with an outdoor shower as well. The appartment is closeby to the center max 5 min walk.

“Awful and disappointing.”

I do not like anything. Everything was too small. I couldn’t use a shower because it’s hard to open a very small door. This apartment so small that it fits just for baby not for adult.

Apartment had a very nice terrace with morning sun and clean rooms. Wlan was fast.

Beautiful apartment , good coffee and a good coffee machine were available for us to enjoy our coffee on our terrace, under the sunshine. Good taste decoration. Supra clean! Very happy with this apartment!

We stayed here at 11.06.2022 Very nice place. Free Parking spot in front of the the location. Owner was superfriendly. local WLAN had problems with connectivity but that wasn't important for us.
