Good breakfast, especially natural juice !

Good breakfast, very beautiful views. Not a lot of mentions about it but there is an elevator from outside of level 0 (reception) to the parking lots at the foot of the hill, so you don't have to walk the winding road to get there. From downstairs you need to go along the tourist bus parkings and into the tunnel that will lead you to the elevator (there are some directions along the path).

Exceptional stay with breathtaking views and perfect service We had an absolutely exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff are truly wonderful and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious—a real pleasure to return to each day. Our son was so happy, he said it's the best hotel in the world! For me, the highlights included the breakfast buffet, which was both delicious and incredibly varied every morning. I also loved the unique funicular that takes you right up to the hotel—it's a fantastic, memorable touch. And finally, the views! Waking up to the gorgeous sunrises and enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the comfort of our room was truly a treat. This hotel is a gem!

“A place to come to without hesitation!”

The views are exceptional and the staff at the reception especially Matteo is very helpful. The food if basic but nice and Angelo at the restaurant is very helpful too. If you are travelling with a wheelchair the hotel is very wheelchair friendly and you can roam around everywhere with a wheelchair. The hotel is also very clean.

Nice luxurious hotel with a very nice view of Lettoianni. Staff are very friendly and the place is clean with good breakfast! Very near Taormina which is a bonus!

Lovely hotel not far out from Taormina and fairly direct at transport times to and from Catania airport. Modern in the main areas, rooms could do with a little bit of modernisation but wasn’t awful. Decent sized rooms and bathroom also, clean and tidy. We did report our air conditioning as it wasn’t working and had nothing done about it for our whole stay despite telling reception a few times, luckily the room was cool enough. Breakfast had all you needed, decent selection of fruits, pastries, yogurts, drinks (hot and cold) and also fresh meats/cheese/salad and warm breakfast items. Both hotel pools were clean and maintained - only downside was having to always have your key card with you to have things added onto your room number as the hotel only took cash in the bar areas, didn’t really bother us though, simple enough at the end of our stay paying the bill and city tax in one. There are a few extras we had to pay for when told at check in and in the hotels leaflet things like the indoor pool/spa and beach chairs were an extra cost. Transport is fairly rubbish nearby, buses into Taormina are not regular and taxis were asking for ridiculous prices - definitely would need to hire a car if staying to explore more nearby. All in all for area and cleanliness and kind staff we would stay again if we were in the area.

“Wonderful hotel- so many things done well but they need to think about a few things!”

Firstly, the hotel is well kept, clean and with friendly helpful staff. The location is excellent with beautiful views. The food is absolutely wonderful with a huge variety of local, Italian and international options at lunch and dinner - all delicious! They also give daily passes for free entry into a lido which is wellnsituatedbright on the beach with free beds and umbrella . Also an elevator down to the beach - really useful

“Good value for money”

3rd time here, still doesn’t disappoint at all. Very grateful to the staff for meeting my special requests, also we were suggested to check-in before the standard time. Location is perfect, close to Taormina & close to train station so the transfer to the airport was not painful. The hotel itself has all the needed facilities & great views over the coast as a bonus

“Good”

The staff was friendly. The fact that it was on a cliff made the weather to seem cooler, way cooler than at the sea level, which was great. Cool drinks, good lunch and dinner, nice eating area.
