We are so grateful to our host for her exceptional hospitality. Even on her own birthday, she kindly found time to check us in late in the evening. The next day, she carefully explained all the details about the apartment and our stay. She also left lovely treats for the whole family, and when we were leaving, she surprised my mom and me with beautiful tablecloths featuring a local design. Such kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay truly special. Thank you so much!

“Perfect place to stay near Taormina. I highly recommend this property.”

Everything was perfect. 2 minutes to a quiet beach, great restaurants. The apartment had everything you needed, even sun umbrella to take with you to the beach. Carmen picked us up from the station and made us feel really comfortable. She also let us leave our luggage at the property after check out, until late in the afternoon.

From the moment we arrived, the owner’s behavior was rude. There was a mistake with the booking, and it turned out we needed an extra bed, which we were willing to pay for. The owner (she) was angry that we arrived late, even though we were dependent on a train schedule, which we explained. Upon departure, we had serious issues because one of the children accidentally broke a glass lamp by tripping over the cord. We explained that it was completely unintentional, but we were accused of being disrespectful to the property and were basically blamed for intentionally damaging the lamp. We said we were ready to pay for it, but the situation turned into blackmail. She claimed the lamp was 10 years old and had sentimental value. The woman started looking for similar lamps costing 150 euros, which we found unacceptable. We offered to pay half the price of a similar new lamp for 90 euros, but then the owner began threatening us with the police and even started calling them. As we were in a hurry to catch a train to the airport, we ended up paying 89.9 euros, the full amount, but we do not recommend this place to anyone. She treated us like criminals and scared the children with her aggressive behavior, even though we apologized for the accident and were willing to take responsibility. Additionally, there were hairs left in the bathroom from a previous guest, and after showering the water would pool and needed to be drained manually to prevent it from reaching the hallway.

“Amaziny spring vacation”

We had a great stay at this cozy and charming apartment. It's in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops—though in March, many places were closed as it's off-season. Still, it was a perfect base for exploring other towns in the area. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. The warm welcome and thoughtful gifts were a lovely touch. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Location is great, 3-minutes walking distance to the beach. The apartment is clean and comfortable, you have everything you need, even a beach umbrella. Carmen (the host) is really helpful and hospitable.

Lovely apartment, which provided everything we were hoping for. Great balcony for eating al fresco. Lots of little bakers, veg, cake, wine shops locally, and plenty of restaurants within easy walk. Carmen was fabulous and provided lots of local recommendations. Will definitely try to return.

“2 night stay in Letojanni near Taormina”

We stayed in Letojanni for 2 nights (4 adults). The apartment has one bedroom with king size bed and the other two beds are in the living room/kitchen. It was very clean and it is equipped with everything one might need for a longer stay. It is located in a second floor (no elevator). It has a beautiful balcony and it is facing a street which can be an issue for someone who is a light sleeper (if you open the windows and balcony doors) but there is an air condition so no bigger issue here. There are many restaurants near by and a couple of markets with food, veggies and bread. The parking is on the street (blue lines are payable, white lines are free) and we had no trouble in finding it because it was not high season yet. The apartment is about 5 km away from Taormina (we went to Taormina with car, parked it in Lumbi parking garage form where there is a free bus shuttle to Taormina historic center, every 15 minutes).

Good location as starting point for trips, close to Taormina but not so busy, close to the beach, but quiet, clean, new bathrooms, perfect communication, great host Carmen gave us lots of useful tips

the host Carmen is very friendly, the apartment exceeds expectations as we expected standard apartment in the old house but the house is renovated & apartment got it's own charm, the town is unexpectedly alive & cozy - everything is very close - just a few steps to the sea & cafes. We liked the terrace & spent time on it with a pleasure.

Standard apartments located in the center of a small but cozy town. Close to a nice sandy beach, even in winter. Although the accommodation did not include breakfast we had delicious coffee and toast prepared for the morning.

Very nice balcony/terrasse. Good possibilities to cook. As my wife was beaten by jellyfish , hostess helped to get first aid. So it's more than could be expected. The hospitality is very nice.

Good location, in the centre, but still quiet at night. Easy access to the shops and restaurants in town. Only 50mts to the sea. Carmen met us at the station and took us for a gelato! Very helpful and pleasant.
