“Comfy stay at the end of our trip”

A comfortable break after weeks in hostels.

A great stop before the Amazon and we are indebted to the extremely helpful team for looking after our bags while we took a jungle tour (in spite of staying only one night in the hotel)

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delightful and the pool was fun as well. The location is walking distance to everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

Good location. Staff very friendly. Close to the Parrot Park. Food in the restaurant was okay, our potatos were more raw than cooked. Breakfast was good.

The very friendly and helpful attitude of all of the staff. Each one made you feel welcome and at home. The hotel has many open-air areas which gives a fresh and cool feel to the hotel. My room was massive. Good air-con. Fridge/mini bar in the room. Large, comfortable bed. Nice, pool area. Great after a hot day out and about. Small but fresh buffet breakfast-eggs made to order. Good quality meals served in the evening using local produce. The hotel was an excellent place to relax, sleep well and enjoy my time in Leticia

Great hotel for your stay in Leticia. The hotel is very well located in the city centre. We particularly enjoyed the pool after coming back from our various jungle trips. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and attentive! The room was spacious, even had a balcony overlooking the street. Noise from the street was not a major issue. The shower was OK, with slightly warm water, which was totally fine for us. We asked for blankets because even if you put the AC at 25 degrees it might get a bit chilly with only a sheet provided by the hotel.

“Central Leticia location, the most high-end hotel in the city, great staff and comfortable room.”

Staff are really friendly and hospitable. On our second night at the hotel on our way back from the Amazon, we were given a Master Room which was really comfortable, had a sofa and great air con facilities. Food in restaurant is tasty.

I want just to say I forgot in my room after the check out my passport, some money and one credit card. When I returned after a 3 days trip everything was still there and safe. The hotel is clean, big spaces and also the room.

Manchas is the star of the show. The bestest good boy who has ever been. Seriously though, this hotel has a very high tier of service. It has two pools, a bar, a great restaurant and lots of areas to relax. The rooms are nice and the beds are fairly comfortable. The restaurant is probably one of the nicest and highest rates in the city and the hotel generally has fair prices for drinks. Service is quick with a smile. If I had a small complaint, I would have liked to have a beer at the pool with a book but no drinks are allowed in the pool area. Again manchas the hotels boss dog is a helpful member of staff he will even go on a walk around the city with you.

I used Leticia as my ‘base camp’ and Waira Suits was a good choice. Close to everything you need in Leticia. I had a big external room with good illumination and air conditioning, but also very noisy at night (bring your earplugs and problem solved). The staff was super friendly. Breakfast included a nice selection of local fruits, daily fruit juice and omelette of your choice. The restaurant at dinner time was good and with vegetarian options. $15.000 COP taxi fare from/to the airport (Dec. 2024)
