“A retreat experience jungle immersion far away from city life”

If you want to have a proper jungle experience, this is the place for you. The hike to get there it’s an experience itself. Ask Byron as your guide, he will stop and show you every insect, plant and so on. Better learn some Spanish before going!

This is a beautiful property in the jungle, which boasts tranquility and calm! The rooms and buildings were simple and tranquil! The natural pool was so soothing and a nice place to cool down when it was a sunny day! The tours offered by Alejandria were absolutely amazing (we did the night tour and the fruit tasting tour) and so reasonably priced and well worth the money!

The journey to enter the hotel was incredible. Life around the area delighted us. It was an incredible place. You really should go and stay here if you want to live the jungle.

“Relaxing place in the nature”

The adventure hike to this place in the middle of the jungel. They offer activities. We did a night tour and fruit tour. Both were nice, but unfortunately in Spanish. The wifi was good, although we didn't really want to be online while there. There is a tower with an amazing view, but it was a bit scary with two people and not sure if it so safe to climb up. The shower are cold, but in the hot climate what I prefer. Surrounding calm and relaxing. Lovely cats and dogs 😊

A stay at this hotel starts with a twenty km drive from Leticia, then a very nice two-three hours walk (here you will need a guide and to be reasonable fit) through the jungle before you arrive at the guest house, which is far from any other houses or native communities. I enjoyed my three days, in the middle of the jungle, there so much. I listened to the jungle sounds, did excursions, was spotting birds and insects (highly recommended nightly excursion to watch the tarantellas), ate the delicious local food (most of. it from the hotel's garden), talked to the nice hosts about living in the jungle, and cuddled with the two cats and dogs. Highly recommended place!

Casa Azul is located in the middle of the Amazonian rainforest. The hike to the accommodation is about three hours from the one and only street in Leticia, which makes the whole stay an absolute unforgettable experience. Alejandra and her father accomplished to create a very beautiful and healing atmosphere in the middle of the forest while always prioritizing the well being of the surrounding flora and fauna in their concept. Both are so thoughtful and make you feel become part of the family and the place in an instant. I loved every moment of my stay there and can’t wait to return!
