Excellent location, but I found that I overestimate my knees ability to climb the stairs to my 2nd floor room, after a 5 hour drive... I should have asked for a ground floor room.

Man at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Many upgrades were evident. Beds were comfortable, plenty of plug ins. Good Dove toiletries, iron and ironing board, small fridge and microwave, coffee machine including decaf was nice. Breakfast was simple with muffins, bagels, waffle maker toast, oatmeal and yogurt. It was nice to have the two doors, one to our car and one to the hall and office and breakfast room.

Hotel was welcoming, and the Trainee that checked us in was wonderful. She was honest that she was training and was able to get us checked in without an issue. Even directed us to our room when we came in with our bags.

“It was a clean, comfortable, budget room with welcoming staff.”
Based on the need to leave a deposit, I was suspicious that it would be run down and low quality. I was pleasantly surprised by the SUPER friendly staff and the cleanliness. The room was perfect! We had a microwave and refrigerator. I used the coffee pot. We both slept exceptionally well on the comfortable beds. The free breakfast was adequate.I already recommended it to two people who are going to Lethbridge in May. Thanks.
