“Fantastic”
Fantastic place —a small boutique hotel, most of the time around the pool we were on our own. Marco and the rest of the staff are all about service and making you feel comfortable. It’s located right above the town’s main pedestrian street, yet it’s completely soundproof and quiet.

“A gem in l’Estartit”
We liked the feeling of home here. It is felt that the boutique hotel is made of love and pure resonance. When you enter, you bathe into atmosphere of tranquility and beauty. The hotel is beautifully designed and all the details show love and dedication to the course. The water in the swimming pool was nice and clean, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. And we deeply recommend for someone who is looking for exquisite staying with a touch of love and friendship. My 6 year old son didn’t want to leave. I can’t even call people - the staff. “Amazing luxury stay”
Amazing luxury apartment where nothing is missing. Beautiful bathrooms, spotlessly clean and brand new. Cozy bar with tasty snacks and drinks. Gorgeous pool with comfy loungers and even three double beds with thick mattresses plus fresh towels at the pool. Right on a lively shopping street but completely quiet inside. Stylish Ibiza vibe with beige tones, and beautiful details and lovely lighting around the pool at night. Relaxing music makes it the perfect place to unwind. Big thanks to the super friendly owners Ingrid and Marc. We truly enjoyed every moment and wish all the best to you and your sweet kids.

Great location, in the most famous street with shops but it is also quiet and calm. Smart apartment with automatic lights and AC. Great pool, not crowded, with sun loungers. Clean, it has a fully equipped kitchen.

“Perfect Family-Friendly Hotel with Excellent Service and Location”
This is a wonderful place, and we chose it because we were traveling with our baby; we’re so glad we did :) Everyone was very friendly, warm, and attentive. The pool was spotless and very peaceful. The location was excellent, with shopping spots within walking distance, and it was perfect for walking to the beach. Our daughter loved the hotel pool so much that we mostly spent our time there:) The rooms were well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, so we could easily prepare whatever we wanted. We had reserved a parking spot in advance, which made things very convenient. Also, we brought our daughter’s travel crib, and as a nice gesture, they added an extra mattress inside for her comfort; such a sweet touch. If we vacation in that area again, we would definitely choose this hotel. We truly enjoyed every moment:)

“Lovely modern apartments”
Fantastic pool. Lovely apartments, well designed and have everything you need. Great staff; Very friendly. Estartit itself is a bit built up and restaurants not the best, plenty of great ones in nearby towns though so just need to be happy to drive.

“Luxurious and Convenient”
Marconia Boutique Residence offers the perfect combination of luxury and convenience. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with every detail carefully thought out. We loved the fact that it was just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The private parking was also a big plus. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to L’Estartit.

“Fabulous place to stay”
Marc and ingid were the best hosts. So helpful in all areas. We stayed for 6 weeks so screen share on tv was brilliant able to watch netflix ect off laptop. Comfortable bed and so clean. The stylish decor is impeccable. Zen scandi feel The square is outside the front door for cafes. The parking is great secured. Pool large Well kept gardens with coffee style jazz quietly playing. Good ambience. Stylish comfortable decking chairs and tables.
