Very well located, close to the scuba shop I went to. Also, easy access to the beaches, port, restaurants. The family room size was great, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, enough to comfortably accommodate my family

Very welcoming reception by Albert explaining all the facilities areas etc. Excellent room overlooking the lovely pool area, terrific restaurant attached for the discerning diners. Very good breakfast offer on the roof terrace in casual surroundings presented by great staff.

good location, close to the beach etc. sufficient breakfast at the beautiful open terrace. very efficient and fast communication. AC in the room. Room is very clean and comfortable, modern. There is outside pool (across the road) and parking (paid additionally)

Very good breakfast on a roof terrace boasting a nice view, beautiful quiet pool and an excellent, high-end-ish restaurant on the ground floor, I would definitely recommend. The staff were amazing, it's reasonably close to the beach (3 min walk) and the shopping area while not being on the main road, so... a calm area.

Room was large and included a small but usable balcony. Incredible breakfast options with beautiful views from the top floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Worth staying here.

Good value, good air con, great location. Nice quiet room when l’Estartit is at its busiest. Nice selection at breakfast on the roof terrace, wasn’t expecting a hot option so pleased to see the eggs, sausages and bacon on offer as well as continental and fresh fruit.

Breakfast was great with a wide selection of choice, the seating area for the breakfast was on the roof terrace which was lovely. Staff on reception were really helpful and approachable. Hotel was in a perfect location, it wasnt noisy and close to the shops and restaurants.

Hotel is located in city centre but in very quiet area. Everywhere is close but location gives you security of peace during nights. Room was cleaned everyday and small fridge in the room kept our drinks nicely cool. Variety of food I could choose from during breakfast was great.

The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They were constantly cleaning and the hotel was spotless. I took my 84-year-old mother away with us and they really looked after her while we were there. It was a great location 1 street back from the seafront, with the main high street and shops in the street behind us, nothing was more than a 5-10 minute walk and all very flat (great for people with mobility issues). The hotel restaurant had good food with about 6-8 courses in each section. You could walk directly out of the back of the hotel to all the main shops and restaurants. We went in August but there was no loud music playing anywhere to disturb you. The pool area (which was across the road) had plenty of beds and tables and chairs with bid sunshades and an undercover eating area. Our superior rooms faced the other side of the hotel, which overlooked the pool area. The rooms were well-appointed and the balconies were bigger than those on the standard room. There was a hotel car park which cost 12 Euros per day and there was a lift. The free breakfast was a good continental with 'hot' food and fresh fruit. The room had aircon with remote control. All in all, I would say this hotel is closer to 4* than the 3* it currently has.
