“Fantastic”
Check-in was painless and the host spoke English very well (and many other languages too)! There's some parking spaces on the grass next to the entrance door. There's also a nice outdoor seating area with a fireplace, and there's a cuddly black cat walking around. Though we didn't use the kitchen while we were there, the communal fridge and freezer was great as the weather was quite hot. The location is great if you want to explore the area and there's a magnificent view of the mountains only a 4 min drive away. It's a very quiet village and it's not a ski resort like the villages one valley over, so the atmosphere is completely different and this was much more to our liking. The people at the local grocery store were also friendly and helpful even though they spoke no English and we spoke no Slovak.
