“I am very pleased with my stay there, but needs some love and update. There were no fridge.”
Great staff, a big plus. They have gluten free meals for breakfast and bread which is excelent. A lot for vegans as well. Decent spaces for kids so that the parents can have calm time for cup of coffee.

Nice hotel on a good location for a correct price. The staff is polite and kind. Short way ~4km to the see Bled. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful.

Very large apartment with kitchen. Easy parking and close to several supermarkets, cafes, highway. Super Easy drive to lake Bled. Nice staff.

“Uncomfortable temperature”
AC doesn't work effectively. We complained 3 times. 1st time they said nothing they could do. 2nd time they said it was 'fixed'. 3rd time on checkout they told us it was blowing 15c (well if you want to properly cool a room it needs to blow at a lot lower temperature than this), then they blamed European regulations (if that's correct everywhere we've stayed for last 2 months has been illegal). Then they said once the tempature outside dips below 20c the aircon switches off (would have been good to know that but no one told us). Anyhow you can't sleep with windows open as it's next to motorway so you get too much noise. We slept badly. I discussed with manager and I can only assume the dismal of my concerns means they will do nothing about it. In addition there is no fridge, the shower is small and uses a shower curtain which sticks to you and spills water everywhere and we found multiple eye lashes/hairs when we pulled back the covers on our arrival. Would not recommend.

“Beds were comfortable, room was very large, parking was easy and staff friendly.”
Breakfast was nice, lots of variety and well maintained. The location was closer to the motorway than had anticipated but it was opposite a bunch of stores, etc so it made shopping quite easy. And, it was a very short drive to Lake Bled which was very nice.
