Located 300 metres from Lesa Train Station on Lake Maggiore, Aries is a family-run hotel. It features 2 terraces, 1 for sunbathing and 1 for enjoying meals from its restaurant. Built in 1960, this hotel features classic rooms with air conditioning, private bathroom and TV with satellite channels. Some have their own balcony. A buffet breakfast is served each morning, while the restaurant offers specialities from the Piedmont region and homemade pasta and cakes. Guests of Aries have free parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. Staff can share local knowledge and offer advice on the area's best trekking, golfing and riding sites. There are a number of public beaches along the lake around 350 metres away. Buses stop 250 metres away for Arona, Stresa and Verbania. Lesa all has a small port for trips around Lake Maggiore.

The rooms are on the road and it is quite noisy from cars. The air conditioning in the room was leaking and was not usable.

Hotel in a quiet location not far from the lake. Promenade with restaurants and cafes nearby. The price corresponds to the quality. Very good breakfast.
