Brilliant location to slopes and the bars and restaurants.

“Really bad experience”

Never stayed there because we got there 1 Hour efter reception closed. Drove 1,5 hour up in the mountains to find out the the reception was closed and no key was put out or somebody called to hear what was going on. Even if i didn’t notice the closing hour it would have been good service to call or text to hear if people could make it. Also since the booking was made maybe 1 hour before closing. So we had to drive all the way to Denmark instead,16 hours and 1550km. Not possible to find any other place this late.

‏On one of the days, I took a shower and there was no hot water, only a bit warm (closer to cold then hot) When I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM, I was supposed to take a key to the room, that they have preprepared for me according to the message they've sent. The key wasn't where they said it would be. I was after a long long day traveling, and I really didn't know what to do. I couldn't even call the emergency number because I didn't had a sim card. I thought I would have to start searching for a place to stay for the knight, when it was freezing outside with snow on the ground, and exhausted. I want to be compensated

Beds were really comfortable. Bathroom was big and shower pressure good - constant warm /hot water

“Really happy about everything”

the staff were really friendly, the photos matched with the booking (so no surprises!)

Room size was massive and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Great location- ski in ski out. Staff were helpful and friendly. The centre of the village was easily accessible by lift. Ski hire shop in the hotel was very good value and lift pass station was practical. The ski resort itself was fantastic for all levels of skiers.

Nice and modern equipped rooms, especially the bathrooms. Sunny till the late afternoon, you can enjoy it on the balcony. Ski-to-door. If you are travelling with group of friends, you can request rooms close to each other. Nice and helpful staff. Good value for the money.
