“Great property ina great location - highly recommended”

We enjoyed staying at this quiet, spacious well equipped property. We especially appreciated how toddler friendly the property was (cot, highchair, plastic plates / cutlery and even bath toys were provided!). The location was ideal for us as all family hikes were within 30 min drive which kept travel time with the kids to a minimum. We enjoyed our stay immensely and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Chalet Heron was perfect! Cozy, well-equipped, and well located for skiing and other activities. We cooked every night and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The wood-burning stove was the perfect way to spend the evenings with a movie. The rooms were comfortable and suited our family of 6 adults well.

I recently stayed at Chalet Heron and had a fantastic experience. The apartment itself is wonderful—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable stay. The views from the chalet are simply breathtaking, offering a perfect backdrop with stunning vistas of Mont Blanc. The location is another highlight, as it provides easy access to nearby attractions and activities, making it an ideal base for exploring Chamonix. Parking is also a breeze, with practical options that add to the convenience of staying here. Overall, Chalet Heron exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Nice and peaceful chalet amidst nature. Large garden area and patio to enjoy (during summer). Beautiful restorated chalet with a great kitchen and facilities. Everything you need was available.

Beautiful appartment (Heron no 2). Big, 3 br and lt’s of room. This is not the tyoical rental facility. It’s a house with a soul. The owners went above and beyond to make this house a gem.

Chalet was extremely comfortable and everything we needed were there at disposal. Property owner has been very polite and informative. From the day one until our departure, everything has been great. We are looking forward to re book this apartment for our future Chamonix visits. We very much recommend this property.

“Amazing Chalet and fabulous views!”

Chalet Heron was perfect for our stay! There were six of us and we stayed in apartment 2, there was plenty of space for us. The chalet is beautifully decorated and is traditional, yet modern. We loved the balcony through the secret door, which had amazing views of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked several meals during our stay and had everything we needed. There was a TV with netflix etc. for cosy evenings in, plenty of parking. Overall we would definitely stay here again, if visiting Chamonix and would certainly recommend. Susan was also very helpful with any questions I had regarding the chalet, the area and getting around.

“Magical place”

The chalet is just magic!! Located in beautiful little quiet neighbourhood in the outskirts of Chamonix and overlooking Mont Blanc, it is all wooden and traditionally decorated, yet providing all comforts and anything you might need - from a fully equipped kitchen to fireplace, a JBL, perfect heating, sleepers and table games. We loved the fact that we were out of the centre crowds and the beautiful valley views. We honestly enjoyed every bit of our stay!
