“Well worth a detour to stay here”

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Tastefully converted and comfortable accommodation, hosts that simply could not have done more to be helpful, lovely food, and delightful surroundings. One that you would make fit into your route somehow even if it meant quite a detour.

Very nice countryside property, secluded and quiet. Old buildings renovated with attention and taste. The breakfast was one of a kind, with delicious homemade crêpes and "pain perdu" made of brioche, plus delicious jams, cheese, charcuterie, coffee... One of the very best breakfast I ever had. The hosts were very kind and friendly.

The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The pool was lovely! Just what we needed after a long drive across France. Both the dinner and breakfast were outstanding!

Wonderful friendly welcome, great garden and pool for children. Perfect 2-night stopover to visit Puy du Fou. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast with fresh juice, breads, pastries and crepes.

Such an amazing place to stay. We visited both on our way down the south of France and on our way home. Richard and Celine are super nice and make the most delicious breakfast. Their home is a real piece of heaven. We hope to return again in the future.

We loved our stay at Le Nichoir. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and the breakfast was amazing. We loved the room decor and it was so comfortable. We enjoyed meeting the animals and swimming in the pool. At night-time we were blown away by the beautiful stars and felt so lucky to hear an owl as we fell asleep. We stayed as a base to visit Puy du Fou, and it was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at "Le Nichoir". It is very quiet, surrounded by nature, yet close enough to things to do. Our hosts were so welcomable, and made sure we felt at home. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Excellent meet and greet due to warm and welcoming hosts. Breakfast and evening meal were delicious and copious! The setting and location in the countryside were a haven of calm.

We were looking for a place to stay the night on our way to Spain, and it was the perfect solution in terms facilities and location!! And also, amazing breakfast!! The host were really kind and welcoming. We would repeat for sure.
