“A well located property, near the village centre with friendly staff.”

Staff are excellent, as always. Friendly and always ready to help. We are normally the only UK guests but most speak good English and help us with our French. Rooms are spacious compared to many properties in ski resorts. Ski bus stops at the front of the property. Food is freshly cooked and plentiful.

Having to make your own bed, angle your own cleaning, arranging a check-out inspection, poor service trying to settle the bill (took 10 minutes with no queue, staff sat round chatting with a coffee whilst I waited to be seen).

We had a fantastic stay at Village Club Les Tavaillons. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us—check‑in was completely seamless. One of the highlights was having Favy Sport on‑site. Renting our equipment was quick and easy, with absolutely no queue. The staff there were just as friendly and helpful, which made the whole process stress‑free. The location is great too. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, and it’s only about a 10‑minute walk to the village, which was really convenient for getting around. We had breakfast at the hotel several times and also enjoyed dinner one evening. There was plenty of choice, and the food was very good each time. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful visit. Comfortable and convenient to get to the centre of town by foot (circa 8 minutes) , also a ski bus outside to the town centre . Great bar area and lots of events free of charge

The Village Club Les Tavaillons has an excellent buffet breakfast offering available from early on for keen skiers. The evening meal is superb with large choice including children offer. Excellent value and all freshly cooked.

This is a great place to stay and excellent value for money. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and helpful - and the communal areas were very nice and all the food and drink very reasonably priced.

The property was clean and at a good location

The location was nice. Actually on the mountain. Access was a bit difficult for unexperienced drivers because of snaked path uphill and down hill roads especially at the night time.

I enjoy the space in the flat and the common rooms. Dinner buffet is perfectly reasonable too.

The venue was made by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were possibly the only British guests staying there and everyone went out of their way to help us. Jeremy, reception leader welcomed us and arranged for our late arrival. He also made it clear that he enjoyed his work and was a natural people person. Also the bar and catering staff were smiley and friendly. Bastien helped us out on our late arrival even though he had finished his shift hours earlier and continued to look after us throughout our stay. Bar staff were superb.
