I have stayed here before several years ago since then the property has been completely renovated to a very high standard. Everything is very well appointed. It is run in an efficient, organised and very friendly welcoming manner. Breakfast has an well presented excellent selection. The whole stay was most enjoyable.

Next to the piste in Lermoos Parking was no problem Nice breakfast Cozy “Stube”. Apres-ski right next to the place. Close to good restaurants.

Amazing view, nice room

“Amazing views, once you can check in...”

The view from any one of the rooms are exceptional with direct view either of the Zugspitze or the Sonnerspitze. Breathtaking valley all over. The ski lift is right next door, but it doesn't work in summer. There's an other lift in the other side of town (Grubigsteinbahn) which does work in summer too. Breakfast is regular continental with plenty of choices available.

“Rudest receptionist ruined our stay”

Most rude receptionist we have ever met. The full story is a bit long: The structure offers their check-in until 6pm, we (a couple) arrived there at ~5pm and did our check-in. The receptionist was already unwelcoming and unfriendly, not to mention she was unable to suggest a place to go eat a tarte (which we found on our own). Tired from the day we decided to go to our room and crashed there for a bit, thinking about the evening and the following day. At 6.30pm we were about to leave and realised that our room had only been serviced for one person! Therefore we had 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 big and 1 small towel... We immediately checked our booking and noticed that we had in fact booked (and paid) for 2 people instead. We knew the reception would be closed for 6pm, therefore we first looked among the info stuff in our room for a way to reach out to someone in case of emergencies. I found one phone number and started calling it but they were putting down my calls. Now, let's pause for a second: ours was a low level issue, what if the toilette had clugged, a pipe broken down or we had an actual emergency? Anyways... Helpless we decided to try our shot at the reception, where of course we found noone and no way to reach out to anyone. After some wandering in the hall we realised that the ground floor was the Hochmoos family residence, therefore we tried ringing their bell. Finally the receptionist came out and at our "hello, our room was only serviced for one person" complaint she replied "and you only tell me now? After the reception is closed?" in a pretty annoyed tone. I got pretty mad at that: guests are not even obliged to go their rooms after check-in let alone making sure everything is in order within a deadline. After pointing out this and the fact that it was their mistake to begin with she kept mumbling and we kept debating for a bit.

“Pleasant environment, but unprofessional treatment”

The breakfast was delicious, with freshly made eggs and a large selection of condiments—it definitely set us up for a full day of hiking! Also, the hotel's location was great—it was within walking distance of the village and close to lovely hikes in the area. It was definitely a brilliant getaway destination. Finally, the room was comfortable, while quite hot and stuffy.

Spacious and spotless room & bathroom, incredibly comfortable bed, great facilities for keeping things in order. Good location, close to a number of lovely hiking routes. Two supermarkets are close to the door. Great breakfast & very friendly and helpful staff. Could check in already at 2 pm. Will definitely recommend.
