Overview
Haus Montana enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Lermoos, in the heart of the Zugspitz Arena holiday region. It offers spacious apartments, free Wi-Fi, and free private parking. All apartments have a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with a coffee maker. Bed linen and towels are provided. On request and upon a surcharge guests can book fresh daily bread service. Ski lifts and cross-country ski runs, as well as numerous hiking and biking paths, can be found in the immediate vicinity of the Montana apartment house. A free ski shuttle takes guests to the Tyrolean Zugspitze Cable Car in Ehrwald, 5 km away. In summer, all rates include free access to the public outdoor swimming pool of Lermoos, Panoramabad, 1 km from the property. Bicycles can be stored in a separate lockable room in the cellar. Hiking maps are available free of charge at Haus Montana, and guests enjoy discounted green fees at the Zugspitz golf course, 1.5 km away.

“Lovely stay and close to the slopes!”
Location was a quick walk to Lermoos. Parking right next to Montana Haus. The apartment was clean and had all we needed for a weekend stay!

Beautiful house with several letting rooms. Our room was a good size, with high quality fitments and soft furnishings. The host was such a vibrant, helpful lady. Fresh bread delivered daily. Picked up and dropped back to railway station. Wonderful location.

“Nice Christmas skiing around Lermoos”
Perfect location, clean appartment, nice view on Zugspitz mountain. Very kind host and family. Ski pass includes free bus. Best skiing in Ehrwalder Alm. Bus stop is next door. Alles war sehr schön.

Everything was just great. The host, Erika, is just an amazing woman: taking care of everything and she herself very lovely. The facilities were also great! Location was also perfect for us. Our apartment was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there. The view from our apartment was also breathtaking. Really recommend this host and Haus Montana. it is a 10 from us

Location. Erika was an excellent host, providing advice and recommendations. Erika collected us from the train station which was very kind. The facility to order baked goods that were delivered to your door in the morning for breakfast was a nice touch. Highly recommend this accommodation, excellent value for money.

Excellent, welcoming and responsive hosts. Scenery location, walking distance from Spar, kids playground in 1 min walk, close to walking/running/biking trails of the valley. Very quiet location despite being just by the road. Fully equipped kitchen, bikes/skiing gear storage in the basement. Kid enjoyed balconies and corner windows to watch mountains. Bread/pastries delivery each morning. Full length bunk bed - suitable even for adult. Plenty of dining option in Lermoos and nearby Ehrwald.

We really appreciated Erika's hosting and her friendliness. She helped us out when one of us got into a skiing accident and arranged transportation for our skis and to the departure train. We felt great staying at Haus Montana!
