Overview
Just 200 metres from the ski slopes and the Grubigstein Cable Car, Haus Lusspark is 100 metres from the centre of Lermoos. All rooms offer panoramic mountain views. Tennis and beach volleyball court in summer and an ice rink in winter are just steps away. Featuring bright wooden furnishings, all rooms feature satellite TV, a seating area, a refrigerator, and a bathroom. Most have a balcony. A washing machine can be used on request. Guests can buy ski passes, relax on the sun terrace, and use a heated ski storage room at the Lusspark. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. An indoor playroom and a playground in the garden are provided for children. Toboggans can be hired free of charge. Free private parking is available on site. Hiking trails start right outside, and a cross-country ski run is just 50 metres away. A 9-hole golf course is 1 km and offers 10% discounts to guests. Zugspitzbahn Cable Car is within 3 km, while Neuschwanstein Castle is a 30-minute drive away.

“Peaceful, lovely restful house in a perfect location for our stay”
The view from our balcony was stunning and so peaceful too. We had the best two nights sleep here. Good coffee for breakfast, eggs and a lovely selection of different fruits set us up for a long day of hiking. The room was spacious and so clean. We had a fabulous stay. Buses not to frequent on the weekend so needed to check times carefully and once walked back from Ehrwald through the meadow which was very easy and pleasant walk

The hotel is run by a family - they are very genuine and simple. They have been very helpful and I loved everything about my stay! The hotel is very well located for the nature lovers!

Quiet location off the main road but on walking distance of restaurants, Supermarket etc. Plenty of parking spaces, modern recently renovated room, large balcony and beautiful Mountain View. Friendly staff.
