Overview
This traditional Alpine-style guesthouse in the centre of Lermoos is 200 metres from the cable car into the Zugspitz Arena Ski Area. Each apartment offers free Wi-Fi and a furnished balcony or terrace overlooking the Grubigstein Mountain. The spacious, Tyrolean-style apartments at Ferienhaus Olympia come with a bedroom, a living room with a flat-screen cable TV, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. Tyrolean specialities and international dishes are served in the restaurant. The Olympia Ferienhaus also features a sun terrace, a children’s playroom, and a ski storage room. Free private parking is available on site. On Christmas Eve 2017, the owners take their guests to an Alpine Christmas market. Guests receive a discount on ski rental in winter, and enjoy free admission to the local public outdoor pool in summer.

The rooms were very nice and clean. We love the old and traditional touch of it. Very Austrian vibe 😍. The owner also was very conversant to us and he made us feel at home. He also gave tips as to how to navigate Lermoss and Zupspitze which is just around the corner. The hotel has a wonderful backdraft of mountains and great traditional houses.

“Perfect place for your vacation in the Zugspitze area”
- Host very friendly and communicative. - Rooms are clean and well equipped, comfortable for a stay for several days. - You can have your breakfast or beer while enjoying the beautiful mountain view from the balcony. Bonus: There is a very good restaurant on the ground floor (serves one of the best Schweinshaxe we have ever tried; has also a small bar running until 11 pm)! Therefore perfect location!
