“A great place to stay”

Fabulous location which was easy to find. Wonderful views of from the winds & balcony. The apartment is very well equipped, clean & spacious. The local supermarket was a five minute walk & it took 10 minutes to get to the restaurants & shops. Lots of walks from the door for our dog.

Fantastic place, lovely village in the mountains, near Zugspitze, small cozy hotel with paintings and wooden furniture with fantastic mountain views from the windows. Cable car nearby and many hiking trails. Highly recommended to everyone, you can pay cash on arrival

Very nice accomodation definitely recommend it. The aroma of wood furniture further enhances the experience. The windows are big and provide spectacular view from room or lounge. Free on site parking.

“Fantastic”

Nice room, updated bathroom and toilet. Very quiet, nice people, walking distance of Spar. 10 minutes walking to centre and Hochmoos Express, but a towards the Hochmoos Express the last part is a steep climb.

“A great place to enjoy winter holidays”

We had a very nice studio apartment in the top flor, just under the roof. The room was spacious, with lots of sunlight and great view from the window. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and newly renovated. The whole place gave a very authentic vibe. Also close to ski lifts (3 min drive) and supermarket (5 mins walk).

The location is perfect: grocery is very close as well as XC skiing route, and it's not far from the lift, if not the child we could walk there, though it's up the hill. It's generally cozy and nice, kitchen has all necessary including several coffee making devices and a thermos! The views are stunning. Parking right in front of the house, space for skies and shoes, small play room and even a small gym. Och, and not to mention - tables, should one need to work in the rooms, and enough wardrobes which is rare.

It was very nice to spend time there, the view of the mountains was beautiful, the apartment was clean, and there was no problem with the dog. The dog was happy too, there was plenty of space to run around.

“A very good and relaxing stay”

A very good experience. Has an amazing basement for activities like Table Tennis, gym, board games etc., The advantage of the location is easy access to Germany.

Fully furbished apartment, with abundant floorspace and appliances for small children. Position is close to supermarket and city center.

Spacious nice apartment (No 4) with large balcony in a quiet location only a couple of minutes walk to the village. Well appointed kitchen (lots of cutlery, glasses, mugs, pans etc) so it was easy to cook in, good shower & water pressure & nice comfortable bedroom with large bed.

The view and the availability. Only spent 1 night there so overall good.

“Fantastic apartment in dream location but don’t expect a warm welcome”

A very spacious, bright and comfortable apartment with great facilities. The games room/gym was excellent as well. The location is perfect, short walk to two supermarkets but very quiet and rural with Country walks right from the property. Amazing views from the balcony, bedroom and living area.

“Just PERFECT!!!”

We really loved the place with our 8 month old daughter. It was located with an excellent mountain view and the baby cot was already prepared before we went.

“Top location, beautiful views and walks”

Location was perfect for what we wanted, as we wanted to be in a typical alpine plateu valley and Lermoos is just stunning and this apartment has one of the best specific locations for this

There were plenty of space. Clean and everything you need for cooking. It’s very close to main attaractions

The views from the balcony are amazing (if you get the correct flat) and the flat itself is good quality, modern and with great kitchen & shower. You can even cook in here so that's a big bonus. Lermoos is super beautiful and it's a perfect place to explore the nearby nature & attractions. The old lady (owner) was super sweet and friendly, the staff as well. Everyone was nice and welcoming.

Very large and spotless apartment with insane view on the mountains. Apartment is immaculately clean and has a well-equipped kitchen, towels, and you can also use a small common gym and ping pong table. Apartment is located closely to supermarket, gas station, and many beautiful hikes. Friendly staff.
