Overview
Alpendomizil Zugspitze is 200 metres from the centre of Lermoos and the Tiroler Zugspitzarena Ski Resort. It offers elegant and modern apartments with south-facing balconies and panoramic views to the surrounding mountains. The property consists of modern but traditional apartments located in the main building and 4 newly built units which are furnished in a luxurious and modern style. The Alpendomizil Zugspitze includes a children’s playroom and a 3,000 m² lawn with a children’s playground. Baby equipment and toys are provided at no extra cost. A carport is available free of charge. Guests can use a bicycle garage and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. A limited number of sleds and bicycles can be borrowed free of charge from the property. Ice skating and cross-country skiing can be done just a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants and a public indoor pool are within 50 metres. In summer, a heated outdoor pool is 400 metres away, and the Zugspitze Golf Course can be reached in a 2-minute drive.

“Beautiful, clean, close to everything! We would recommend!”
Clean, cozy, room and hotel facilities were super cute, great view of the mountains. Close to ski lifts, not far from restaurants and cafés. Nice playground in the garden and our daughter loved the monkey chair in the balcony. The host who attended us in check-in was welcoming and kind.

“Perfect.”
Everything was great. Such a beautiful place with beautiful views. The staff was nice and very helpful. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there, and they brought us breakfast, cake and a sweet card :) The apartment was great and the garden was fun and so much to do at the property.

“If you are looking for a nice holiday location in the area, don't look any further”
We can highly recommend the Alpendomizil Zugspitze. We arrived in a beautifully furnished apartment. And not only the apartment was lovely, also the whole hotel and garden as well. We lacked nothing during our stay, the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Small items we could get downstairs for a reasonable price. The breakfast service was excellent; every morning we had all kinds of tasty fresh bread delivered on our front doorstep. The lady at the reception helped us out with the names of good restaurants and we were surprised by a few kind little gifts and personal cards. The location is beautiful, quiet and within a minute of a ski lift. A perfect address in our view and we certainly hope to come and stay here again!

“Fantastic place”
Everything beyond expectations! Wonderful view, modern design, spacious room. Very clean and quiet. Best location: buses, restaurants, shops, Bergbahn, hiking trails. Very very friendly and helpful hosts. Apartments had literally everything. Outside there was a beautiful garden with a big playground and large lounge zone. We are very thankful for little welcome treat and cute cards with some personal notes. Highight: breakfast baskets! Hope we'll stay here again some day

“Lovely, stylish, friendly, well equipped self-catering accommodation with all the frills of a luxury hotel.”
We stayed in the 3 bedroom lodge and it was very comfortable and stylish. Lovely and warm after a day skiing. Very well stocked with equipment, sauna, infrared room, underfloor heating & fire with logs provided. The Staff were very helpful. We had an honesty bar right outside our front door, storage for ski equipment, cleaning daily, little gifts left daily. lovely place.

“Welcoming, cosy holiday apartment close to Zugspitze”
Wonderful staff, very kind and helpful! Nice breakfast service (doesn’t cater for vegans though, neither the breakfast basket nor the bread rolls according to the bakery - can highly recommend Ox & Ehrlich restaurant, also for breakfast on the weekends).

The place was amazing, just beautiful inside and the view was just breathtaking, beds very comfortable, drinks available as you require. We recieved a lovely welcome card and wafels as we arrived.
