“Great value and comfortable”

The pine panelling gives it a nice chalet feel. Staff were keen to help and the language barrier wasn't a problem. Access to at least one of the rooms is via an exterior spiral staircase, and you don't have to go through the teahouse if you don't want (but it is very characterful), Lerik is in wonderful countryside and is an excellent base for fairly gentle local hikes. Generous breakfast. All very good value for money and recommended.

The owner was always caring for me and the staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and with all you needed to make a comfortable stay. Location could not be better just in the centre of the town. Breakfast was tasty and abundant with a mixture of sweet, meet, dairy products fruit and tea or coffee.

The breakfast and location were very fine! The room was awesome.....excellently furnished with great view. It was spotlessly clean and made a great base. I was there in the very short part of the year when the heat outside was intense - and there was no AC. However, there was a large fan and I could just about get comfortable. Xalil looked after me attentively and Cavid is the very friendly manager/owner who constantly checked with me, how I was doing, during my 3 day stay. He also arranged transport at a very reasonable price, from my own doorstep, in Baku, to the Buta Hotel entrance...very good! He also told me about the trip up throught the mountain pass to the Zuvand Relax location in divine oasis setting - and another guy working with Cavid found a very willing taxi driver, Samit, who took me along an incredible dusty and stony road, through beautiful forest, to the splendid Qalabin Waterfall - which made an excellent day out. The Hotel has a popular bar....and Cavid continued to ask how I was doing when I moved onto Lenkeran, recommending me things to do and see there.

It was a surprisingly comfortable, beautiful room. The best that I encountered in Azerbaijan.

This hotel is composed only of two rooms in the same apartment structure. It was cosy and comfortable. We had breakfast in the tea house on the floor below, and it was very nice. I recommend.
