The apartment is very spacious and located in a typical Italian building with friendly neighbors and high ceilings — perfect for immersing yourself in the Italian atmosphere. Everything we needed was there, and even a bit more. The apartment is well maintained. The beds were excellent — my wife is a very sensitive sleeper and usually finds it difficult to sleep well while traveling, but here she had no complaints. The anatomical pillows were also great. Our younger child was provided with a sturdy and comfortable crib. All in all, everything was just perfect. The host, Renzo, deserves a special mention. At our request, he found us a parking spot, was always available and ready to help with anything. He introduced us to his family, brought us gifts, and welcomed us with prosecco and focaccia. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked in to see how we were doing. He made suggestions for leisure activities, gave us many great recommendations for places to visit, took us on a small tour of the town, and treated us to various Italian delicacies. A truly wonderful person — I’m very happy to have met him.

The appartment was really spacious, clean and in very good location close to centre. The owner Renzo was great and welcomed us with a glass of Prosseco. The perfect bonus was a fabulous dinner and few presents from Renzo and his wife. We really recommend the accommodation :)

“A really great stay in a very nice apartment”

Not only "a very nice flat in Lerici" but more than very nice hosts - Renzo and Cinzia were great! They welcomed us with an aperitivo and we got to savour tuna from Renzo's catch of the day. Next time we hope to catch our own tuna for the BBQ! The apartment is recently renovated and has a well-equipped kitchen and although we didn't require the airco at this time of year, it is available in every room. Our teenage boys appreciated the good wifi connection.

Place was lovely, centrally located, with its own parking. New fittings and multiple split system air-conditioners. Owner who resides in attached villa was very hospitable

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Equipped with all necessary devices. Walking distance to the town center and the beach. Parking space provided by the owner. Fantastic, friendly contact with the owner who really cares about his guests. A place definitely worth recommending.

“Great position, good value and a friendly host”

So lovely to have such a spacious flat to relax in after touring for ages. So good to just veg out, cook for ourselves, do some washing etc. It's just a 5 minute walk to Lerici's shops and harbour, so a fantastic location. There's a really good supermarket even closer than that, too. Renzo the host is super-friendly and always on hand if you need anything. Even asked us round for drinks and copious parmiggiano! For 200 euros he can take you on a three-hour coastal tour in his fab new boat, too. I liked being on the second floor as the flat and its little balcony is quiet - though be aware there are quite a few steps up from ground level. The two large bedrooms look out over Renzo's blossoming little orchard with flats beyond.

Fantastic communication, Renzo the owner was very friendly and helpful, contacting us prior to our stay, on the day of check-in and during. We were lucky enough to bump into him at Lerici harbour and he took us out on his boat! A nice, clean apartment with a private courtyard to enjoy eating outside plus an outdoor sink for cleaning beach items. Highly recommended.

Renzo, who was extremely kind, hospitable and helpful both prior and during the trip. We really appreciated his genuine willingness to We felt extremely welcomed, we were really touched by the kindness and generosity of Renzo. He is a fabulous host! We were six to travel and the apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Drinks and foccacias were waiting at our arrival and were delicious :) The location of the apartment is perfect! You are 3 minute by foot from a Conrad store for the groceries and 5min from the beautiful town center. We were very happy to stay in Lerici. It's really a beautiful village (better to stay in Lerici than in La Spezia) We have had one of the most pleasent experiences with this accommodation! The apatmrtment is amazing, very spacious, very well equiped and super clean! The location is perfect and the provided parking spot is extremely convenient! I need to mention the owner be of assistance whenever we'd need it and to get us acquainted with the beauty of Lerici! “Ten out of ten”

Excellent place. As good as it looks from the photos, and even better. Spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. Friendly and helpful host. In-person check-in was a breeze. None of that remote/online rubbish.

This really is a very nice flat in Lerici! It was lovely in fact, and perfect for us. The beds are comfortable and the large TV with netflix perfect for a movie night in. There is a grocery shop about a five minute walk away and Lerici seafront and main piazza less than a 10 minute walk away. Lerici is a lovely little town, not too overrun with tourists, with plenty of pasticcerias, bars and restaurants to sit and watch the world go by and enjoy views of the Ligurian sea. There are private and public beaches in Lerici and San Terenzo (the next town which is right next to Lerici and only a twenty minute walk from the centre). The public beach in San Terenzo is great and you can rent sunbeds, beach toys and a parasol for the day. Renzo is an amazing host, full of local tips and recommendations and he kindly took us on a boat trip into the Golfo dei Poeti at sunset - a truly wonderful experience! We were even treated to a rendition of Angels by Robbie Williams by Renzo!!! :) Perfetto! Grazie mile Renzo.

We had our best holiday experience ever. The apartment was beautiful. Lerici is beautiful and our host went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He gave us advice on what to do and where to eat. He and his wife were so so kind to us. They are beautiful people. Thank you so so much for everything.

Everything was perfect. Very large and comfortable flat with everything you need. A few steps from everywhere, nearby car parking, very clean and quiet, and most important, amazing host that treats you like your best friend. Everything was perfect in this beautiful home, owned by Renzo - the nicest host I have ever met. He welcomed us with dinner and wine and took us for a nice walk the following day and was always there to help. The apartament is located in the center of a picturesque town, close to the port, beaches and shops. Total recomendation!
