Overlooking Lerici Bay, Hotel Shelley e delle Palme features a spa and panoramic sun terrace with beach access. The room was exceptional: a super comfy bed, an immaculate bathroom (the water pressure in the shower was perfect) and all topped off with an outstanding view over the bay. The staff, putting up with my limited Italian, were incredibly warm and welcoming.

Generally a lovely hotel, great location and the bedroom was quite new contemporary and had a great sea view from the balcony. The bathroom needs attention. Tile grout needs to be cleaned properly in the shower and the silicone around toilet, bidet and sink needs renewing and bleach in the toilet and around the sink and bidet outlets would be nice as they are brown. Little things that matter! The parking location that you pay for is a 10 minute walk away but the car is secure and safe. Lerici is a lovely town and the hotel is in a perfect location to explore by foot, car and bus. Bit disappointed that on my last day my cappuccino was cold and the replacement one was also cold so I decided to leave it! Generally the staff were good but a bit more customer service would have been appreciated.

“Great location, met our needs, but overpriced”
The location can’t be beaten. We weren’t sure whether to stay in Lerici or San Terenzo and this was the perfect half-way (sort of) point. The room was bright, it had great air conditioning, we got a fresh bath mat every day and even though we were at the back of the hotel our view was still nice (greenery and other properties).

Expansive and the breakfast was not good at all. For this price …. First Night we get a small room and the second night a bigger but in the room it was Nothing in the Fridge , not even water..
