With a terrace overlooking the Golfo dei Poeti bay, Eco del Silenzio is an independent apartment just 5 minutes' walk from the sandy beach in Liguria. It offers private parking, and is 2 km from the centre of San Terenzo. Featuring an al-fresco dining area, the Eco apartment includes 1 bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a pouf/bed. It has modern décor and parquette. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. Guests enjoy free use of a parasol and 2 sun loungers at the private beach. The apartment is just 4.5 km from Lerici and a 10-minute drive from La Spezia centre.

The apartment is very comfortable, the location and view from terrace is absolutely gorgeous. We found our host, Barbara, to be a very friendly and helpful person. Our main goal of staying was visiting Cinque Terre, but it turned we loved staying at the apartment much better and relaxing than experiencing the Cinque Terre villages. Highly recommended!

“Stunning view”
The sea view is gorgeous. The kitchen is well-equipped and the parking is included in the price. Easily accessible if you have a car. Towels are provided.

Great flat with amazing views! We very much enjoyed our stay there. The facilities are all modern, the private barrier-protected parking was really useful (great instructions from the owner on how to reach it :)). San Terenzo and Lerici are very pretty. Tip: The best supermarket was Dimeglio in San Terenzo (best to park in via Milano).
