“Bad experience”
The hotel failed to provide basic services (there was no running water during my stay). Due to this, I had to leave the hotel early. Booking.com confirmed my early departure approval, but the hotel refused to process the refund and falsely reported that I left without justification.ı will go to EU consumer protection law since hotel failed to provide essential service
