location, location, location ! what an incredible view! the hosts were so nice and always ready to help, also breakfast and dinner are very good.

1. The cabin is located in a beautiful area with an amazing view. 2. On the ground floor, there is a fireplace, a sofa, an armchair, and a dining table with chairs, as well as a fridge, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. 3. Breakfast was included and consisted of a boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumber, local pancakes (the dough was similar to churros, except they were more like fried flat cakes), local bread, honey, jam, fresh cheese, and butter (both the butter and cheese tasted bitter to me, so we were worried they might have gone bad and did not eat much of them). 4. For dinner, we had beef, which was excellent, oven-roasted potatoes, burek filled with fresh cheese and spinach, a vegetable salad, and cornbread in a creamy sauce (the hostess’s specialty) — everything was tasty. 5. This accommodation had the most comfortable bed of all the places we stayed at in Albania. The mattress must have been about 40 cm high and was extremely comfortable. 6. There were plenty of parking spaces, and they were easy to access. 7. The Wi-Fi worked without any problems. 8. The owners speak only a little English, but it is still possible to communicate with them.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it was hands down the best hospitality I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel completely welcome. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, since we came here in winter looking to do a snow hike, they gave us all the information we needed about the hike, including what to watch out for, snow conditions, and even tips for moving through deep snow. They generously provided us with snowshoes for free, which was an amazing surprise. On several occasions, they helped us move our car out of the snow and when left they shovelled it without us even asking, their kindness truly went above and beyond. The food was absolutely fantastic. Everything was fresh, delicious, and sourced from their own cattle. We were genuinely shocked at how affordable everything was, considering the quality and care that went into every detail. The owners themselves were warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to be around, we loved talking with them. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views that you can enjoy right from the property. The facility itself was cozy, beautifully maintained, and spotless. I especially loved having a stove where we could add wood, it made the space feel even more homey and comfortable. This place sets a new standard for what hospitality should be. We left feeling completely cared for, relaxed, and we will absolutely be returning here again in spring.

The location was superb , we drove , and the journey ( hairpin bends ) was exhilarating . The location was at end of valley , it could not have been more perfect . The accommodation was clean and comfortable , we choose to have dinner on the first night ( great value ) as the products were local or home grown . We spent a day walking from the Vila , it was well sign posted ,. In the evening the light show from the stars was amazing - no light pollution . . We also had breakfast which again only used local or home grown product . AMAZING . If you want a great value stay , with an amazing drive , this is the place to go .

Amazing views, the place is serene - only sounds of birds and cow bells. No road noise, no music. The villas are very comfortable and modern. Service is good but on't come with the expectation of the 5star hotel service - it is very hard to find labour for such remote location. Leo and his wife are hard workers - from dawn to dusk. Apparently, there are only 7 families left in this village (typical story in Albanian rural areas) and these guys deserve your respect and consideration. Appreciate the place for its surroundings, for the authenticity of the people. Be nice and leave them good tip and your sincere thanks. We loved our stay here

Stunning view. Great location for trips.

Staying in the villa was fantastic. The view of the mountains from the villa is breathtaking. We came back soaked wet from a hike on Vajusha Mountain. The helpful staff lit a fire in the villa's stove for us which warmed us up nicely, and the crackling of the wood was pleasant to fall asleep to. Dinner and breakfast are very tasty, and the portions are huge.

We enjoyed beautiful time in the mountains without huge amount of tourists. Villa Lepusche is perfect place for peaceful and quiet rest. The meal was traditional, homemade and very tasty. We fully recommend stay in villa Lepusche.
