We stayed at Kissakas Villas with a group of 8 friends over the Easter holiday and it was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is stunning — the views are breathtaking, the beach access feels like your own private paradise, and the whole setting is exactly what you need to properly switch off and enjoy good company. But what truly set this stay apart was the hospitality. Andreas and his team went above and beyond in every possible way. When we mentioned we wanted to eat out during what is obviously the busiest period of the year, they didn't just give us recommendations — they actually made the reservations for us. On the day we wanted to do a BBQ, the staff woke up at 7am to set everything up and essentially took over the cooking and cleaning themselves, so all we had to do was sit back and enjoy. They even brought us homemade food, which was such a generous and personal touch. When a couple of extra friends wanted to join us for one night, Andreas was completely accommodating and made it happen without any fuss. On our last day, we were given a late checkout without even having to ask. And for anyone travelling with a dog, they were incredibly warm and welcoming with ours, which made a huge difference. It's rare to find a place where the location, the property, and the people behind it all come together so perfectly. We're already talking about coming back. Cannot recommend Kissakas Villas highly enough.

Beautiful and super quiet location. 50m from a beautiful beach that was practically private. Spacious apartment, full size kitchen, helpful staff and very nice and friendly owners.

“Amazing”

Amazing location, secluded quiet beach within few minutes walking down from villa. hard to get to, from the road by car and walking down (not for easily scared drivers or anyone with problems walking few steep steps), but if it was easy then the beach would be crowded and not as amazing. So I hope the owner manages to keep it just as it is---simple and perfect! Also the owner is extremely nice, helpful and knows very well the area. Overall, a huge positive surprise to find such a quiet beautiful spot in summer within short drive from Athens.

Quiet location set within olive groves and trees on slopes of the Aegean. Private car access required. Breathtaking open views of the sea from villas which are carefully positioned to provide outdoor terrace privacy from eachother. Walking distance to lovely beach. A housekeeper lives on site and is available to help with keys, questions at all times. Internally very comfortable (no aircon in kitchen/living areas but each bedroom has an aircon unit). Kitchens well provisioned with utensils, cutlery, crockery, glassware for self catered meals. We have stayed at these villas in Aug 2021 and 2022.
