“Wonderful host and lovely group of houses”

Julia, our host was outstanding. She was so accommodating, and friendly. The beach was an easy walk, where there were several restaurants and a beach bar. Leonodio was a short drive away and was a charming little village. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable and hard. If you are 2 couples, make sure to book the bigger house which is more spacious. We were in House 1 where There is a smallish upstairs bedroom en suite and a downstairs bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor. There are several beautiful big balconies where we Saturday a lot of the time. We loved the local oranges that Julia left for us. Plenty of parking on site.

Super beautiful,clean well equipped apartments/houses in beautiful surrounding,sea view from one balcony,cliff view on the other! A nice 4houses courtyard,super well kept with beautiful trees.Also nicely located,about 2km from Leonidio town and 5min walk to the harbour/beach. Julie who takes care of the place was super super nice,quick to answer and we were welcomed with the best oranges,olives,jam,butter,bread and even eggs! Totally recommend! We will come back!

The location was excellent, the roof top terrace was amazing! Kids loved the bunk beds and the kitchen was very well equipped which we appreciate when travelling with kids. Loved the balcony and the properties gardens were lovely and great to have parking available. Also appreciated the fireplace.

Very nice and well organised place, lots of space. Julie was very kind. We got season and very delicious fruits from a local farm. The nearby beach is nice. Leonidio is just few minutes drive. I highly recommend hiking to a chapel on top of the nearby hill. Great views, less than 1hr.

Very well presented 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 2 level apartment with a private roof deck and separate balcony/terrace with BBQ to eat, relax, enjoy views of garden or hang clothes to dry. Our Host/Manager was Julie who met our every need and was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Karantonis House because it is an eay 500m walk to beach and has everything included like towels, sheets, toilet paper, soaps, kettle, cutlery, refrigerator, washing machine with powder, microwave, air conditioning, kitchen equipment included fresh eggs + milk + coffee + jam + butter etc. Exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable in spacious rooms and had shady parking free of charge. Overall, outstanding and that is why we have stayed here several times, but wish our visits were more frequent.

“We had a great stay experience”

Quiet and beautiful place, excellent aesthetics with local flavor, plenty of space for kids to run around the yard and garden. Everything we needed from appliances was there for us and even more, fridge filled with basics for the breakfast, fresh oranges every day. The administrator is a very pleasant and friendly woman who advised us on local activities and sightseeing.

Great accomodation for affordable price. We loved the terraces, all necessary facilities, parking on the side, location few minutes walk from Plaka, surrounded by nature. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. We will defenitely come back!

Great place with an amazing woman who constantly took care of us to make sure everything was fine.

Friendly staff, location was fine, the WiFi was good and there was plenty of hot water. We appreciated having a washing machine and large outside areas to sit in sun or shade.

the Apt was cozy, full of light and fresh sea air. clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient. the great location halfway between Plaka beach and Leonidiou.

“Superb property supported by very good staff”

The property was architect designed and very smart. The facilities were spacious and comfortable. The administration staff were exceptional. The location was good, both quiet and yet close to amenities (assuming you have a car).

The place is excepcional, staff was very friendly, we had a welcoming presents. Place is close to beach and the nearby village is like from fairytale. Beautiful, hopefully we will be visiting again!
