“Brilliant location, very comfortable, wonderful host”

Location perfect: 50m from beach, very peaceful, 200m from brilliant restaurant.

This house situated about 170 steps from beach with medium pebbles but if you want more comfortable entrance to the sea you should go to the beach centre near cafe. There are sunbeds and umbrella. We like closest beach to home without people and noise. We went to sea and swam at sunrise and sunset because beach very сlose and there was no one except us. Little house with a courtyard and a garden and car parking inside the fence. There are table for meals and rocking chair. There are two air conditioneer in the living room and bed room. Also we found a coffee machine for ground coffee, a microwave oven, a stove, an oven and a large refrigerator. The owner allowed us to try oranges from his plot. It`s very sweet! From this house we drove through the mountain roads to Montevasia and the Diru cave. This is an unusual experience))). We are glad that we chose this house for our vacation, our expectations were met more than we thought.

“relaxing, comfortable”

This is easily one of the best self catered apartments we have stayed at. It might seem like a humble country house at first but it has all those nice little touches that make it a great stay. First off, we had a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers and drawers so we didn’t have to live out of our suitcases as we normally do when on vacation. Our room also had a comfy, vanity furniture with a mirror. The house had two separate air conditioning units which , even though one would have been just fine, was kind of perfect if you wanted to isolate the bedroom from the living room ( we had to work from there for a couple of days). Everything was squeaky clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with really nice appliances, a nespresso machine and a huge fridge. A really nice touch was the ceiling fan that offered a nice breeze that made sleeping there really pleasant. The property comes with a beautiful yard with a really long, well-built table where you can practically lounge lol day long, eating, drinking wine and enjoying the delicious oranges that the friendly owner, Giorgos allows you to pick right from the garden of the property! The beach is 1 min away by foot and Poulithra is a great base to discover the area around Leonidio. All in all it was a great, comfy stay and we’d be happy to come back anytime!
