The hosts were really welcome and helpful! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and the breakfast was really good.

Lovely guesthouse with different houses, it has everything you need. Staff is super lovely and available, the breakfast basket is great (the hosts also listen is there’s something you don’t want, so not to waste food). We could borrow board games for the night, as well as get some very lovely tea from reception.

A special place, almost like a little village — rural atmosphere, large stone cottages that offer privacy, breakfast served in a beautiful basket, and wonderful hosts!

We stayed for two nights at the Agroktima. It was beyond our expectations! Our residence was a small traditional style stone-and-wood house, richly equiped with all the desirable amenities and in good condition. The bath was spacious and clean. The kithcen had everything needed to cook a meal. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was rich and fresh (freshly baked pies and bread, local honey and home made marmelade, seasonal fruits and eggs from local producers among the things offered) and was arriving everyday in a big basket that was left at the front door! Best way to start your day! Both the whole place and our little house were super clean. The garded sourounding it had lots of nice trees with tables underneath, to relax reading a book or having breakfast, plus there was a safe small playground for our little one. Strongly recommended!!!

It is a rare pleasure when expectations are exceeded, especially when it comes to vacationing. The care and dedication with which the owners of Agroktima Guesthouse, Angeliki and Sarantos, cater to every need of their guests is truly unparalleled. From the friendly welcome, the opportunity to see newly born babies of their house cat Jerry (they might be grown when you visit :-)), the fantastic breakfast, placed in a basket next to the door just when you want it, to the beautiful and functional houses and the great playground which our kids loved. The whole place is fulfilled by a certain culture and atmosphere of care and mindfulness. I know this sounds slightly esoteric and it is certainly a non-tangible, hard to measure quality. But it added greatly to our holiday experience and we all (my wife and 2 children) agreed that the vacation would not have been the same without Agroktima Guesthouse.

Agroktima Guesthouse is a true gem! The breakfast is out of this world – fresh, local, and absolutely delicious. Every bite feels like it’s made with love. Sleeping on the COCO-MAT mattresses? Let me tell you, I haven’t slept this well in months – like a baby on a cloud! 💤 The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding, yet there’s still a lovely sense of community. We met some great people staying in the other houses, and the kids had an absolute blast playing safely in the open spaces. The host is warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive – they made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing yet family-friendly getaway! 🌿✨

The place and the staff are charming!

From 1 to 10 - we give 11! It is a wonderful and peaceful place, perfect for rest. Beautiful views from the terrace, green, only fields around. The owners were helpful and friendly. A well-equipped house, there was everything you need, an espresso machine, pots, dishes, a citrus juicer! Breakfast every morning in a basket next to the house: fresh bread, fruit, Greek yogurt, jam, honey, coffee. A minute of beauty on the beach, where there are few people and plenty of places to relax. We will definitely have to come again! We love this place and this region of Greece.
